Easy Protection Spell

There are all sorts of ways to protect yourself. There are also many different spells that can protect you for a time or just during a dark spell that you may be casting. If you dig through the internet, you’ll notice that many Protection Spells are very similar. So, here’s an easy one for beginners or it can be done as an easy protection refresher.

Gather:

• White Candle

• Clear Quartz (or a necklace with a clear quarts crystal)

• Sage

• Matches & a lighter

Sit at your altar or your spell work spot. Hold the crystal in your hand and place it over your heart while chanting 3 times:

“May this crystal protect me.”

Place it down in front of the candle, lighting it. Then with the matches, light a piece of the sage until there’s enough smoke.

Sit and watch the light of the candle and smoke from the sage fill the space around you. Close your eyes and picture being surrounded by a light coming from the above your head. Chant the following 3 times:

“May this energy protect me.”

Next, take the crystal and hold it over the sage smoke and again, chant 3 times:

“Empower this crystal and protect me always.”

You may close off the spell by holding the crystal to your head, taking a few deep breaths and repeating the chants. Carry or wear the crystal to always be protected.
